I led a successful career in corporate America leading teams and driving revenue for a healthcare technology business. During my time as a corporate director, my wife and I began building a portfolio of rentals. Our initial pursuit was rehabbing/flipping and buying single family homes as a buy and hold strategy. After a few years, we moved away from rehabbing and sold off the single family homes and began investing in 2 – 4 unit buildings. Today, our modest but profitable portfolio has enabled my wife and I to be financially independent. In the next chapter, I will begin work as a real estate advisor working with individuals who wish to pursue investment opportunities and achieve financial independence.
